Personal Data Protection

According to the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, we would like to inform you that the personal data you provide to us will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the aforementioned law.

Calculation of the right of stay

According to Art. 16 para. (1) of the Governmental Emergency Ordinance no. 194/2002 on the regime of foreigners in Romania, as amended, the right of stay shall not be included in the duration of the validity of any type of visa and is granted only after the foreigner has entered the country and the competent authorities have carried out the necessary checks. The right of stay is granted for a period of up to 90 days, calculated in any 180-day period.
